Wow after so many years of work it is finally here. I remember 3.5 yrs ago when I met Mike. It was to give him a comedy tape so I could perform at one of the Theatre shows he was producing. I was so nervous since he was going to give me a great shot at getting on a big stage. I met him said hi here is my tape he said thank you and that was it. No dinner no small talk. I thought man he was just being nice and taking my tape. The show was a huge success and Mike took me under his wing so to speak. As a veteran writer and comic he helped me launch my career. More over I got to see this creation which is Pachuko Boy. As soon as he told me about it and saw the characters I was in love. But what also got me was that this was different. In the sense that Pachuko Boy aims to bring family together and create something for all ages. Take the wisdom of nana. I love her and she reminds me of my own nana asking her about everything! I wanna sit and watch something that my nana will love and my kids, one day, will love. All the work over many long years and the team that Mike has assembled has made a great foundation for what is yet to come. The Adventures of Pachuko Boy will be the most unique cartoon because its about us as people. We have memories that make us who we are and Pachuko Boy gets to that. Mike has worked very hard to bring a positive influence back to television and to see that vision come true is the most exciting thing to be a part of.
